LM Creative Chalky Chalk Paint is a matte, water-based chalk paint with high opacity and a velvety, powdery finish. It is ideal for smaller DIY projects, furniture, decorations, crafts, and creative accents indoors and in sheltered outdoor areas – perfect for Shabby Chic, Vintage, and Chalk Paint looks.

Thanks to its porous chalk formula, the paint does not penetrate deeply into the substrate, but remains predominantly on the surface. This allows for easy sanding after drying and makes it ideal for shabby chic effects, vintage looks and deliberately uneven surfaces with character.

The surface should be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. The paint can be applied directly with a brush, roller, or sponge. In most cases, one coat is sufficient; for highly absorbent or dark surfaces, a second coat may be beneficial. After drying, the surface can be sanded or sealed.

The 100 ml can is ideal for smaller projects, detail work, or accents. Depending on the surface and application, it covers approx. 1–1.5 m². This makes it perfect for samples, individual furniture pieces, or creative crafts.

Yes, the chalk paint is water-based, low-odor, and eco-friendly. This means it can be easily used indoors and is also suitable for furniture, decorations, and creative projects in living areas.

For purely decorative objects, sealing is not strictly necessary. However, for surfaces subject to heavier use, such as furniture, shelves, or tables, sealing with wax, clear varnish, or a suitable protective lacquer is recommended to make the surface more durable and hard-wearing.
