Phase 1: Germination (Weeks 1–2)

In the first two weeks, it's decided whether your grow gets a clean start. The system removes all technical hurdles for you here.

1. Prepare the swelling tablet: Place a swelling tablet in lukewarm, low-calcium water until it has fully swollen (approx. 5–10 minutes). Then gently squeeze out excess water.

2. Insert the seed: Use a clean tool to press a small hole (approx. 5 mm deep) into the swelling tablet, insert the seed with the tip facing down, and carefully cover it.

3. Choose a location: Place the swelling tablet in a warm, bright, but not directly sunny spot. An optimal room temperature is 22–25 °C.

4. Keep moist, not wet: In the next 3–7 days, keep the swelling tablet evenly moist – but never dripping wet. As soon as the seedling is 2–4 cm tall and shows its first true leaves, it is ready for the felt pot.

Phase 2: Transplanting into the Felt Pot (Transition Weeks 2–3)

2. Insert the seedling: Place the swelling tablet and seedling completely into the hollow – do not touch the roots.

3. Press lightly, do not compact: Cover with soil and press gently without compacting the soil.

4. To the outdoor location: Water gently and place the pot in its final spot – at least 6 hours of direct sun per day, ideally with a south or west orientation and some wind protection.

Phase 3: Vegetative Phase (Weeks 3–6)

Now your plant develops visibly. In this phase, it's mainly about staying consistent rather than constantly intervening.

1. Water as needed: Only water when the top layer of soil is visibly dry. Cannabis tolerates a short dry period much better than waterlogging.

2. Apply vegetative fertilizer: From about week 3, add the vegetative fertilizer to the irrigation water according to the dosage instructions – typically every 5–7 days.

3. Observe instead of intervening: Pay attention to leaf color, growth habit, and soil moisture. Cannabis tolerates breaks better than overzealousness.

Phase 4: Flowering Phase (from approx. Week 7)

As soon as the first flower buds become visible, the system switches to the second fertilization phase.

1. Change fertilizer: Switch from vegetative to flowering fertilizer as soon as the first white pistils appear.

2. Increase water quantity: Plants now need more water, but still no waterlogging.

3. Weather observation: In case of continuous rain, hail, or storm, temporarily move the pot to a sheltered place. The carrying handles of the felt pots make moving easy.

Phase 5: Harvest (End of Season)

Harvest readiness is reached when most trichomes (resin crystals on the flowers) have changed their color.

1. Identify harvest time: Most trichomes should be milky white to slightly amber – best checked with a small magnifying glass (e.g., 60×).

2. Drying: Hang the plant upside down in a dry, dark, well-ventilated place for 7–14 days to dry. Optimal conditions are approx. 18–22 °C and 50–60% humidity.

3. Curing for aroma and effect: Fill dried flowers into airtight jars and air daily for a short time during the first 2 weeks ("burping"). This noticeably improves aroma, effect, and shelf life.
